Welcome to Slide Labs. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website and your purchase of products or services from Slide Labs.

By using our website or placing an order with Slide Labs, you agree to these Terms.

1. PRODUCTS & PRODUCT INFORMATION

Slide Labs sells RC vehicles, parts, electronics, accessories, batteries, paints, tools, and related products.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications, compatibility information, pricing, and availability. However, errors may occasionally occur.

Product images are for reference and may differ slightly from the actual product due to manufacturer revisions, packaging changes, color variations, or other factors.

Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is compatible with their intended application before purchasing.

2. PRICING & AVAILABILITY

Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

Slide Labs reserves the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, incorrect discounts, inaccurate product information, or inventory discrepancies.

If an item is accidentally listed at an incorrect price or with materially incorrect information, we may cancel the affected item or order and issue a refund for any applicable amount already paid.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENT

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

Slide Labs reserves the right to cancel or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including due to inventory discrepancies, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or product availability.

If Slide Labs cancels an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount paid for the canceled merchandise will be refunded.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and payment information.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL EXCEPT FOR ELIGIBLE DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS.

Slide Labs does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect purchases, compatibility issues, or unwanted products.

If you believe a product is defective, please contact us at slidelabs1@gmail.com.

Products claimed to be defective may be inspected and/or tested before a replacement, exchange, warranty referral, or other resolution is approved.

Damage resulting from improper installation, wiring, soldering, incorrect voltage or polarity, incorrect gearing, programming, modification, crashes, impacts, misuse, water exposure, excessive heat, neglect, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

5. SHIPPING

Slide Labs currently fulfills online orders primarily on Monday nights and Friday nights.

Fulfillment does not necessarily mean that a package will be picked up or scanned by the shipping carrier that same night.

Delivery estimates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed by Slide Labs.

Batteries & Aerosol Paint

Batteries and aerosol paint products may only be shipped using an eligible ground shipping service.

Due to carrier and hazardous-material transportation restrictions, batteries, aerosol paint, and certain other restricted products cannot be shipped using services that require air transportation.

If an order contains one of these products and the customer selects an incompatible or expedited shipping method, Slide Labs will change the shipment to an eligible ground shipping service.

Selecting or paying for expedited shipping does not override these restrictions or guarantee expedited delivery.

If the amount paid for the selected shipping method is higher than the eligible ground shipping service used, Slide Labs may refund the applicable shipping-cost difference.

6. RC ELECTRONICS & PRODUCT USE

RC vehicles and electronic components require proper installation, setup, programming, maintenance, and operation.

Customers are responsible for following manufacturer instructions and using products within their intended specifications.

Incorrect wiring, voltage, polarity, gearing, soldering, programming, installation, modification, or operation may cause permanent damage and may void the manufacturer's warranty.

Slide Labs is not responsible for product damage caused by improper installation, setup, modification, operation, misuse, crashes, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.

7. BATTERY SAFETY

Lithium and other RC batteries require proper charging, storage, handling, and supervision.

Customers are responsible for following all manufacturer safety instructions and using appropriate chargers and charging settings.

Do not charge or use a battery that is swollen, punctured, physically damaged, excessively hot, or otherwise appears unsafe.

Never leave batteries unattended while charging when the manufacturer or applicable safety instructions require supervision.

Slide Labs is not responsible for damage resulting from improper charging, storage, handling, modification, or misuse of battery products, except where otherwise required by law.

8. INSTALLATION, REPAIR, SETUP & TUNING SERVICES

Slide Labs may provide installation, repair, soldering, setup, tuning, painting, and other RC-related services.

We will make reasonable efforts to perform requested services properly. However, Slide Labs does not guarantee that a particular setup, tune, repair, or modification will produce a specific performance level or competition result.

Additional problems or necessary repairs may be discovered after work begins. When appropriate, we may contact the customer before performing additional work that materially changes the agreed scope or price.

Labor, installation, setup, tuning, repair services, custom work, and associated service charges are non-refundable once performed, except where otherwise required by law.

9. MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES

Some products sold by Slide Labs may include a manufacturer's warranty.

Manufacturer warranties are provided and administered by the applicable manufacturer unless otherwise expressly stated.

Warranty eligibility, coverage, exclusions, replacement, repair, and approval are determined by the manufacturer.

Slide Labs may assist customers with legitimate warranty claims when appropriate, but we cannot guarantee that a manufacturer will approve a warranty claim.

10. SPECIAL ORDERS & CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Special-order or custom products may require a deposit or full payment before ordering.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, special orders, custom products, and associated deposits are final sale once the order has been placed with the manufacturer or distributor.

Estimated availability and delivery dates for special-order products are not guaranteed.

11. TRACK USE, RENTALS & EVENTS

Use of the Slide Labs RC track, rental vehicles, competitions, events, and other activities may be subject to additional facility rules, safety requirements, fees, and waivers.

Customers and participants are responsible for following posted rules and staff instructions and operating RC vehicles in a safe and respectful manner.

Slide Labs reserves the right to suspend track privileges or remove participants who create an unsafe environment, intentionally damage property, repeatedly violate facility rules, or materially interfere with other customers.

Track fees, rental fees, event entries, competition fees, and similar charges are non-refundable once participation or the applicable service has begun, except where otherwise stated or required by law.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Slide Labs name, logos, branding, graphics, photographs, videos, website content, designs, and other original materials owned by Slide Labs may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks, logos, product names, and brands remain the property of their respective owners.

13. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Slide Labs sells products manufactured by third parties and may use third-party providers for payment processing, shipping, website functionality, and other services.

Slide Labs is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, policies, warranties, or services of third parties except where required by applicable law.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Slide Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the misuse of products purchased from us or the improper use of our services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. ACCEPTABLE USE

Customers may not use the Slide Labs website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

Slide Labs reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers, employees, property, or systems, subject to applicable law.

16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Slide Labs may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes become effective when the updated Terms are posted to our website unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

17. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to remain in effect.

18. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
